PFT LOTUS XL – Horizontal Screw Mixer The PFT LOTUS XL is an advanced horizontal screw mixer designed for continuous, high-quality mixing of dry and wet materials. It features a 4 kW geared motor with aluminium housing and an innovative rubber mixing tube, which ensures thorough, gentle, and consistent mixing while reducing wear. The mixer operates at 280 rpm and delivers pump capacities of 45–90 L/min, depending on the dosing shaft. A key advantage of the LOTUS XL is its modular and service-friendly design: removable mixing tube, separate control unit, and easily accessible water manifold with precision adjustment. The system offers low noise operation (72 ± 1 dB(A)) and a compact yet robust construction, with an overall length of approximately 2 m.
