Designed for the larger projects this high production, high volume grout plant is designed to mix and pump neat cement, bentonites, lightly sanded grouts and most commercial pre-blended non-shrink grout mixes.

This unit features two 300ltr high speed paddle mixers and a high flow 180lpm progressive cavity grout pump.

This arrangement allows for continuous pumping as each mix tank feeds the pump.

Each mixer is equipped with baffles and both the mixers and pump have variable speed adjustment.

The unit comes complete with a diesel hydraulic powerpack and a clip-on front stage to ensure all workers are kept safe and to ensure the bag lifting height is kept to a minimum.
